Ordering Policy
Cancellation
We held on firmly to our commitment of providing our customers with the best we have to offer. Our juices are produce daily. Hence with our commitment to quality, all cancellations or changes must be received no less than three (3) calendar days before your delivery date. Example: if you are beginning your cleanse on Monday, any changes and cancellations must be made by Friday before 12pm to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds will be issued.
Order Cut-Off Date
Orders are place for advance delivery. Please note that Juice'd are prepared daily with no preservatives, no stabilizers, no colorings. So please allow 3 days of preparation and delivery. Example: Orders place on Monday will only be delivered on Wednesday. If you were to start your cleanse on Sunday. Kindly place your order (in advance) by Wednesday. Payment Options
Bank in via Maybank, we will sent you the details once order is received.
Or via Paypal. Kindly fill in your Paypal email address for us to forward the invoice to you.
Currently we do not accept Cash on Delivery.
Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice with the bank in amount and details on it. Please proceed to bank in your payment within the next 24 hours. This invoice will act as payment receipt once we confirm the received of payment otherwise is void. Please email a copy of the bank in slip once payment is done to info@gijuicery.com in order for us to process immediately
Special discount
We give special discount through gift card stamps and also testimonial from customers, to redeem them do key in the special discount code and we will deduct according from your final order total.

Delivery
We charge flat rate delivery of MYR15 for all delivery within Johor Bahru, for outside Johor Bahru we will use our logistic partner cool box and charges applied. Please select the correct box size from our drop down box.
